Apocalyptic Crafting

17 Nov

To quote one of my favorite authors, Michael Connelley, “LA is like riding shotgun to the apocalypse.”  It’s clear that I’m not an LA girl, much less a Southern California girl. My comfort zone stops around Santa Barbara.

On top of all that – Kim Kardashian hails from there, so how great of a place can it possibly be? Not. So. Great.

However, it has come to my recent attention that there is an amazing crafting center in LA – The Urban Craft Center. Ends up, my favorite stitcher, Jenny of Sublime Stitching, has relocated to Los Angeles and will be teaching classes at this center.

All be damned, I might have to make the 200+ mile journey to the apocalypse to just experience this place. Who’s in?

This place looks amazing!!!
